There's a homeless woman I pass by on the way home from campus. I've never talked to her except when I had some change for her, so I don't know her story, but I'm thinking about getting it.

I know a few, because I work in a factory with other women and we earn minimum wage (Australia). Most of these women are poor because they were in relationships, and their husbands died early, leaving them to cope with mortgages and the cost of raising kids.
I believe the definition of poverty is a household total income of lower than $30 000 Australian (if you are a family). That's not a lot of money if you're paying a mortgage, even in a country city where property is pretty cheap.

yes,i know because some in the country many women still live in poverty line.they not get the good in education,health and also inequality in working than man.

A lot- mostly abandoned by husbands, not having any special skill, having children to look after, and many at that- some have to pay back debts taken by the husband to support his drug or gambling habits

I only know 2 women that live in poverty. Both are alcoholics and are unable to hold jobs because of it.
