It sounds like you and the fellow who asked the question linked below should compare notes. Also, please read my response to his question. They are asking for money up front to obtain your visa. That's always a scam. The visa has to be obtained in your home country before you leave.
Another clue would be your point of contact's e-mail address. If it's a Yahoo, gmail, or other free e-mail; address, it's a scam every time. A genuine Sun Oil e-mail address would be xxx@sunocoinc.com
