Which helps better,task orientation or people orientation?I know it depends on the situation we find ourselves with at any given moment. Yet there must be some overriding concern one must possess in getting started and thrive,hence this question.

Hi,
I am Nirmal a student from BBA-1. I have my interest in doing business and to learn various techniques of handling event and financial along with HR.

So I will say that you should concentrate on people orientation. As you must have read everywhere human are the essential element of business as everyother factor becomes in effective if their is no trained labour.

Make your labour more trained.This bring hard work and ultimate success to the business.

ist thing obsession to carve out on ur own
carry te people up to certain extent and not as dead baggage otherwise u will be pulled down.
stay focused ,chose the right company.
indentify a role model for u and follow him/her without too analysis.
read about the subject matter of ur business on internet
accept initial failure as part of learning process.
do not over stretch ur finanaces at the initial stages

Well its the combinations of all that will make your business success. If you go alone in any point and miss other it will have the negative effect.
