Hi Natasha and thank you for your HIya on my profile. I have responded.

If you open up your MSN window full screen, then click on tools - options - messages, you will see a check box for "Automatically keep a history of my conversations". If this box is ticked, then your messages will be saved in the location listed underneath that ticky box.

You can change where the conversations are recorded if you like, for example, you could create a new folder in My Documents called "Nats Chats" and store them there for easy finding in the future.

If the box isn't ticked, your conversations are not being recorded.

Hope this helps.

Mark.

go to C then program files, MSN and you should be able to go thru your folders and should be able to search from there, you should be able to go into the folders and find it, unless you edited your preferences to no log message history.

hi
you have to activate the option 'save history' on your MSN first
tools/options/messages

it goes to (by default)
C:/
my documents
my received files
folder with your account name
history
