my wife bite me all over my body with her teeth and i have scars everywhere. The issue was that she was roaming around to market with my child having fever of 103 deg F. i objected and she bite me everywhere saying me that i m a child of my mom. she has been abusing and hitting me for years togethor in front of the child and i absorbed it due to her blackmail of suicide and taking the child away. but now i m tired. i m scared that i will get rabies. i consulted a doctor but my doubt is not going away
i didn't lodge a complaint with police till date. as she told me , if i did that she will tell police that i m emotionally , physically and financially abusing her as per instructions of my old parents. what can i do legally , so that i get the child as she is not willing to leave the child

You cannot get rabies from her unless she has rabies. I would say she does not because untreated you get sick and die. You do not say where you live. In the US joint custody is usually given. Stop letting her abuse you. Do not listen to her threats of suicide. She is using that to control you. She is also using the child. When she abuses you call the cops and have her arrested. You can get an infection from a human bite.

rabies are usually in animals. Put some peroxide on it and you will be okay.
