Check your company policy to see what you can do on your breaks. However, I'm pretty sure it will spell out, "Personal use of business equiptment is prohibited!"
That would lead to a miss use of resources or even worse, when you code your time card, you can get busted for time card violation because you were on Y!A and you claimed in your time card you were working. You can get fired, but it's up to your Boss. Show your boss Y!A and show that your learning customer service by helping people :)
