What "lessee lessor" means? I found a folder by this name at my company. Is it an abbreviation?

How are two words an abbreviation. Does the folder have anything to do with the lease of the office. "Lessee" and "Lessor" are real estate and legal terms to define who is paying to use the building and who owns the building, respectively.
