I'd consider myself a gamer. I'm not a hardcore gamer, though. But I've been playing around with cedega. So far I've tried Call of Duty, Battlefield Vietnam, and Halo. All 3 have run perfectly.

Call of duty and battlefield even seem to run better on Linux than they did windows.

Personally my favorite strategy game is Dominions 3.
It runs on Windows, Mac, and Linux. Its great for being hosted as a multiplayer game on a linux server with easy interfacing to a webpage for game stats and such.

But then Id expect that since it was written on linux. Its not the prettiest game but it beats out anything else for providing years of fun
