no, but muffler bearings or blinker fluid will have that effect.

I don't see how this could possibly have a connection, the engine oil and the radio (part of the electrical system) have no connection. The job of the oil is simply to lubricate, and to a lesser extent cool the engine.

i guess they cleaned the windows, too when they changed the engine oil, i know some of engine oile service shops do that for free as service, and if ur car has antennas built into the windows, what u are claiming is possible..
