I've had luck using both Melafix and Pimafix, but these are botanical remedies and I understand that some people would rather use "stronger" meds. You can find the aquarium medicines you need in any reputable aquarium supply store. Even WalMart should stock some of these, though don't rely on any staffmember there to be knowledgeable on the subject.
