It got twisted in march and has gotten better just still hurts a little when its bent for a while.

Just be sure that u do exercises on it every day as not to accumulate any water on or around the knee cap..

check with Dr.. and see if there is any pain relievers

massage it daily..

try to stay off of it..
put heat packs on it, when u have time, or Deep Heat from the store works good.. don't put too much or u will be washing it off.. it does work..
