do people mistake kindness for a sign of weakness?

Kindness is selfish and is percieved as a weakness because its against the law of the jungle....kindness for others indicates 1) you are incapable of doing something for yourself (weak)and need to keep people sweet so that they will be on your side. 2) you have been tamed (weakened) to serve ie "prostituted" .......kindness/affection in exchange for something else 3) you are not using your time looking out for yourself and yours/ getting ahead so therefore you are behind (weakness).

However today we are not "animalistic" so we think
But we animals been trained by religions globally to be kind to others.... weakening ourselves so that they the religions can be all powerful (a form of prostitution... be kind/ good now... your reward is later via karma or heaven) why are you kind "because its the right thing to do" not what you truely want to do...you are not free(weak)

or we are playing the popularity "power" game in life and if we cannot automatically get popular by beauty brains strength or talent (ie we are weak) then we have to resort to kindness (but she's so nice he's such a sweetie) to rank somewhere on somebody's list - to be liked and someone in society.
Many people also are kind as atonement to make up for their bad deeds in the past hoping for better Karma/a shot at heaven. They are usually powerful rich people who have now decided they are afraid of death (fear=weak) and are trying to make amends
finally people are kind because it is an expression of love and they want to bring happiness to their partner/friend (to keep them because they feel they don't deserve them "weak" or to keep them obliged to them "gain the upper hand" because they feel they have the lower one)
for all these reasons kindness is often considered as weak but is infact a way to become stronger when there isn't another way or to add on to the strength someone already has.

yes. because we live in a world where the main quality of love is lacking. When someone is kind, they are loving. A lack of love makes people apathetic. Kindness shouldn't go so far as to becoming a pushover though... You need to keep your ground if things get to the point where a person, situation, or circumstance becomes dangerous to you or another... either emotionally, physically, or mentally.

I even have herd that some women human beings choose for the "reliable and silent form" and that's purely the way women human beings communicate approximately it. Because if you do anything someone wants you to do (kind), then you are being weak. A strong person wouldnt do anything for someone. But, a weak person is too scared to say no, and is therefore, very kind.

I feel sorry for that type of person.. I like being around kind people, of which I know alot - thank goodness. I think the person that feels that way is cynical and needs an attitude adjustment..
