Write to the hospital Manager and ask if you can submit a tender for conveying hospital patients. Hospitals are slow paying up as I know from experience. If you are accepted, you have to sign a contract with about 40 clauses in it. You need 2 days to read it. Then you need to have numbered vouchers printed for the hospital . These are given to patients who are entitled to free transport, and the patient gives this voucher to the driver. The driver fills the voucher in after taking the patient home etc. and fills in the mileage for the journey. Hospitals pay on mileage and are allowed 10 minutes waiting time free.
