He doesnt wan to sign them cause he doesnt want to help pay for a phone bill. I want this divorce and I know he does too. What can I do? Please help.

Doesn't matter if he wants to or not. Get yourself a lawyer and he will handle everything.

What does your lawyer say? If its all over a phone bill, the judge migt find in your favor and make him pay the entire thing. But, I can't see a phone bill holding up making your divorce final.

Yes you can get divorced if he does not sign. It will take a little longer but you can get it.

well, as long as he is gone and out of your life, what does it matter if he never signs them?
get the phone bill paid off a little at the time, and maybe he will sign...

You can it takes a lot longer it costs more but you can my friend got one without her husband's signature. Girl, do what you have to go, get a good attorney!

you can get divorce even if he do sent sign the papers...
Talk to your lawyer if you have one...if not go to your near court house to the facilitators office they will help you there...
