at first, i didnt really like the second one...
but now i think that she is gorgeous.
i would rate
1 - 8.5 [just because of the amount of make-up she's wearing]
2 - 9 [she looks natural!]
very pretty.

The are pretty close, but the first one looks kind of air brushed so i think i would go with the second one because she would surpass the other girls beauty if they had the same picture taken.

The girl with curly hair is prettier. Very little makeup, almost none and looks great!
The first one is wearing waaaaaaay too much makeup, she needs to cut back.
