Not really spy but when she goes off it demands an audience...
I have watched her chase another neighbor down the street with maul (large heavy long handles hammer) yelling about him breaking into her house and stealing her bedsheets...
I have watched her drag the garden hose into her house and spray the walls down yelling about frug dealers hiding cocaine in the paint (I interveined on this one and turned off her main power switch so she didn't fry herself)..
She is never dull LOL

No, but if anyone answers that they saw their neighbors having a lightsaber duel on their porch at night, I'll know who's been spying on me!

I wouldn't consider it spying, but I did see my neighbor doing a bit of nude sunbathing in her backyard last summer. She's in her 70's.

i know its illegal , but it's hilarious!
One of my neighbors looks like justin timberlake! He's so hot though. And he changes with the window open on purpose (: Ohh and then my other neighbor i watch has caught my friend and i staring at him and then he went in his backyard to listen to us talk.

I had a police scanner once and it would always pick up my neighbors cordless phone. we would listen to him calling the dating service and we could hear his messages!!!
