Yes,Aliens Exist!
They live inside your closet and be sure to close it before you sleep or they will come out and eat you,and you won't want that.
Another lives under your bed;called the Boogeyman.He is a distant cousin of the Aliens.
Ok a serious answer..
Everything is this universe is made up of Stardust;you,me and all the other living and non-living things in this universe.Water and even the planets are made up of stardust form the Big Bang.
Since stardust is capable of forming into living things and since there are thousands of other suns out there like our sun,the chances are quite high that a planet able to support life exists..Hence there should be living things.
So maybe there are really aliens maybe even discussing if there are other living things other from their planet right now.
But their planet is yet to be discovered by our scientist :(

The aliens don't present. They usually get stage fright, and must have a human present for them. They're still getting used to the idea of show-and-tell.
