Keeping in mind the fact that these companies differ in their production processes, but they use the same type of cotton cloth to produce their pants, it has to be - A (Type and style)

This is really basic stuff = if you have to ask you really aren't on the right course (or you can't be bothered to attend class / read the set books) ....

To give you a bit of help .. the Question makes no mention of B location .. so you can rule that out.

You are left with 2 possible answers ...

"wrinkle-free" and "liquid-resistant" COULD be Quality related ...however the third co. has "pants for people of all height, weight, and physique" = which is plainly NOT quality related ...
