I look after the bridges, do a little maintenance here and there, and even show them a little TLC. But at the end of the day, if they break, they break. Move on!

I probably mend more than burn. When I have to burn a bridge I put a lot of thought into what and why. That philosophy has worked in my favor several times in the job market(and other things).
