helpp compq system recovery just will not WORKK!!!!!?

hi there i have got a compaq presario and i am trying to system recovery it the thing is that i have checked on tools for system recovery program i have also rebooted it while pressing F10 but it jus doesnt work i dont think it needs cd because i used to do it without any cd's but now it jus wont work PLEASEE HELPP!!!!

Yor best source of help, would be COMPAQ's own tech support line.

If you have the recovery partition on the system, they can help you rebuild the system from it, if not they can help point you in right direction on what CD you need to find . .
