Hey,
I just upgraded from windows xp to vista and i have a 3 in 1 HP PSC 2355..I tried scanning images to my computer ( all the plugs are connected well) and a screen came up saying that the software did not support anything for the new windows i was using..
What am I supposed to do now, I really need to scan stuff for my professor tomorrow and i totally 4got about this...Any advice would be appreciated..

Go to www.hp.com
enter PSC 2355 in the search box
Hit search
Click the SPECIFIC version of themodel you have
Click Drivers and Software
Click the VISTA button
Follow prompts to download the RIGHT drivers
Install them
Scan

go to following site and update your driver for 3 in 1 HP PSC 2355

And it works if not uninstall and download the latest driver for Windows Vista for 3 in 1 HP PSC 2355

and reindtall it
