if her name is on the lease..you pretty much can't...if she's not..you can just report her and have her evicted.

It depends on the circumstances, is he living there alone, or do both of you reside in the house?? If you own the house (your name is the only one on the deed etc) then there is really no issue if you don't want him there. Tell him he has a month to find another place to live. If he doesn't move, change the locks and leave his belongings on the porch. If he is in the house alone and you own it and you are legally divorced, he is trespassing on your property.
