At you age you periods are not regular so a missed period is not an indication that you are pregnant or not. I don't think you veins showing mean anything either, and bending backwards probably means you are stretching muscles in ways you never have before. The odor could mean some kind of infection which you should definitely have checked out. The most important thing you have to face is what your brother is doing to you. He has no right in your room or messing with you in any way and you have to stop it at once. You must tell someone about this - hopefully your parents or even your other brother. If you can not tell anyone in your family talk to a counselor or teacher at school. Whoever you talk to you must do it right away do not let it go another day. It will take courage but you must do it not only for you nut for your entire family's sake because this could turn into a very nasty situation. Good luck to you.

The first thing you need to do is talk to your parents. If you don't think you can talk to them - go to your counselor at school. He/she will know what to do and will be able to give you the best advice and help.
Since you've had your first period, your body has started ovulating. That means it is *possible* you are pregnant - but if there's been no penetration, or if he didn't ejaculate ("***") near your vagina - chances are you are not pregnant.
This early in your life, when your period first starts - it's going to be pretty irregular until your body gets used to doing what it's supposed to do. I would not worry about being "late" - because for you, there is no specific rhythm. The "normal 28-day cycle" is a myth - that is only an average, and very few women have bodies which stick to that schedule.
The vein coloration you describe is not a likely symptom of pregnancy; and the "dents" sound like they could be simple stretch marks. That can happen for any reason; IF you are pregnant, it's way to early for stretch marks to start showing up.
What does the "really weird odor" smell like? If it smells somewhat like fish, but not quite - it could just be normal vaginal discharge; and could mean one of two things. Either your body is getting ready to ovulate and is producing cervical fluid; or your body is getting ready to start your next period. If there is a visible discharge along with this smell - what kind of discharge is it? If it's clear and stretchy or watery; or creamy/milky and NOT lumpy - then you're fine. That's normal cervical fluid, which every woman produces in some amount when she's getting ready to ovulate. If it looks like cottage cheese - that could mean you have a yeast infection, and you need to see a doctor.
PLEASE PLEASE go talk to someone about what's happening with your brother. That's NOT normal, that's NOT right, and you need to be safe. If you don't feel comfortable telling your parents - then talk to your school counselor or a trusted teacher.

What your brother is doing is a very serious issue. His behavior is wrong and he must stop this immediately. Please tell an adult whom you trust.
As for the question of could you be pregnant: The only way for your brother to have gotten you pregnant, is if he had sexual intercourse with you. (you weren't specific so I don't know how far this abuse has gone.)
The pains you are experiencing are most likely just growing pains, and the purple marks sound like stretch marks. These are very common for girls going through puberty. Same thing goes for the odor. It is completely normal. All women have a smell that is unique to them. It may seem strong, but as long as you are bathing regularly, I promise no one else can smell it.
Please tell someone about what your brother is doing. He has a sickness and he needs help. Best of luck to you.

wow, okay first you HAVE to tell somebody what your brother is doing to you...whether it be your mom, dad, aunt, grandma...whoever you are most comfortable with...i know a 12 year old girl who's step brother was doing the same thing to her and way way later she finally told her mom...your brother needs to get help...and you need to tell your mom (or parent) EVERYTHING. you could very possibly be pregnant(not saying that you are) ....things will only get worse as time goes on if you don't do something about it now...and the odor sounds like you have an infection or maybe worse...please tell somebody...i wish the best for you hun. If you need someone to talk to, you can add me to yahoo messenger melaniegrace87

You need to tell an adult RIGHT NOW. Talk to a teacher, parent, counselor, or any other trusted adult. You have not done anything wrong sweetie. This is not your fault at all. You need to talk to an adult and tell them what your brother has been doing; no matter what he says or if he threatens you. Don't put this off another day. Do not be embarrased or ashamed. You are not to blame whatsoever. No go tell someone! Right now!

Call the National Sexual Assault Hotline at 1-800-656-HOPE, it is anonymous and free and they will be able to talk to you about your experience if you are afraid to talk to your parents just yet.
You need to see a doctor very soon, there's no way around it. While it is perfectly normal to be a week or two late on your period at that age, your other side effects are not normal.
You have been abused, and if you call that Hotline or talk to your mother or father about what happened they will be able to help you.
I'm so sorry dear :(

A parent or the police need to be told this, what he did was illegal. You can also walk into any emergency hospital and tell the nurse on duty about it and get some help there.
If you do nothing--you're not changing your situation at all. If you wait, it gets worse. Do something now, or in the next two days--tell someone.

GO to a doctor right away, or an adult you can trust. Maybe a counselor at school. Do you have a planned parenthood were you live? If you do talk to them.... I know it may be hard to talk about but this is something that can not be ignored! Get some help soon please. What your brother is doing is sick and wrong and please do not let him get away with it.
Get some help and it will be alright
