well definently make sure if she has a boyfriend or not, if she has a boyfriend keep looking, i knw its easy to say but its whut must be done. you should try being her friend at first kinda start a little small talk if possible. or see if she has friends that you know already and ask them perhaps get them to talk about how neat of a person you are or somethign thatll spark her intrest.
or you could not beat around the bush and just go up to her and take her out and see how it goes

..first know about her love life..
if she has a boyfriend or none.
then through actions and gestures..
like looking or also staring back at you in all the times..
if she's wearing a smile every time you see each other .
