in a divorce will a judge order counseling, my wif wants the divorce i dont i still love her. this is over stupid stuff, manly are pasts both. lack of cunmunication key and control problems both of us. we also have two kids 9 and 7. i think this would save are marriage

Nobody can make anybody do anything. Despite being married, you are still two separate people.
This may end up boiling down to you accepting that which you cannot change. Realistically, all you can ever change is yourself.

If she wants a divorce and won't agree to counseling there is very little you can do to force her...think about it. You can't make her love you and want to patch up the marriage and try again. She would have to do that willingly. If she was dragged to a counselor, how cooperative would she be and how much of the advice would she follow....????

offer for both of you to go to marriage counseling. try if it doesn't work then get a divorce, if you love her try your best, because if it ends in divorce at least you know you did everything that you possibly could

its easier to get married, judge may order may not, kids will never save a marriage you need husband and wife to save it

HAVE YOU CHEATED ON HER OR DOES SHE THINK YOU HAVE? MARRIAGE IS WORTH SAVING ONLY IF BOTH PARTIES ARE WORKING TOGETHER TO MAKE IT WORK. I TOOK MY HUSBAND BACK AFTER HIS CHEATING HIS STORY SOUNDS LIKE YOURS. THE ONLY DIFFERENCE. IS THAT HE IS SAYING HURTFUL THINGS TO ME EVERY TIME I SEE HIM.
