It's ok to examine you life to some degree , but not TOO deeply , if you go too deep you'll go MAD ! ! !

I agree, although there are many people who go through life without examining it who would not think about doing so, and are probably content in not doing so. But there's room for all kinds of people in this world, and you can always buy more hot dogs.

Yeah examining your life can be very interesting and enlightening. However too much deep analysis or thinking can also be negative. I've spent a lot of time analyzing myself and my life. In alot of ways its been very helpful, however I really feel I don't enjoy things anymore because I strip them down to their bare elements. All things in moderation.

I agree with the quotation partially. Of course one has to examine things in their lives daily- but there has to be a limit. You could spend your entire life examining your life and not LIVING.

YES I do...........if we do not examine our lives how are we going to ever learn???? You will just repeat the same mistakes over aND OVER again if you dont.......the real question though is by what rule do you examine yourself by???
