The formula for the change from 152 to 148 is (letting 148 = y and 152 = x):

[(x - y)/x][100%] =

Using the numbers given:

[(152 - 148)/152][100%] = (4/152)(100%) = 2.63

Reverse the numbers if the change is going from 148 to 152.
