No, other than excessive drinking, I do not have self destructive behavior.

i suppose i do, i'm a cigarette addict, but i hide them from my kids.......i hate it. both hiding it and smoking. you think that would be enough to quit, but my doctor said that he has worked with heroin addicts and quitting cigarettes is just as tough to beat as that.
i tried chantix and it didn't help. i really find it one of the hardest things to control and since i do so well in almost every other area of my life, i'm disappointed with this weakness.
so, yes, it's self destructive, a ticking time bomb really .......
