u have a better chance of making an nfl team coming through college but nfl scouts go everywhere now does.. a lot of arena players join the league so u just gotta work ur way up and good luck..
p.s. team's websites and the media will advertise that team's try-outs and when they are and at least u can get in touch with the team(s) and get the ball rolling

I would say college however, if your not being recruited by a Division I school it is going to be tough either way. Good Luck.

they dont draft out of any semi pro team anyway those players go thru try outs.

Uh...If you didn't get drafted or at least recruited by colleges, you won't have to worry about getting to the NFL...cause you won't...
