Where can I find information on how to deal with false accusations by 2 of my children accusing me of inappropriatly touching them. My ex-wife, there mother has had 2 no contact oders innitiated by the courts, and I was advised the 1st time by local authorities to give it time, not contest it and see what happens. After I was informed it had been reinstated for another year due to the possibility I might re-offend it became aware to me I need to take steps to disprove these accusations, for my girls sake as well as my own. I live in a small town. This effects my everyday life as to my profession, but more so it effects my girls in ways they may not even yet be aware of, and last but not least I love and miss them with all my heart and want to help them deal with this. If they were mistreated, the real offender needs to be found and stopped before he destroys another family the way he has mine.

You should get a GREAT attorney first.

Then .. you should have the attorney request the counceling of the children by a reputable pyschiartrist who could get to the truth. Also - try some means to find out if the wife is influenging the children to make these accusations.

I know someone who had an on-going trial concerning a young child. The young child was taken to a really, really, good child pyschiatrist who discovered that the child really had issues with his mother. They have amazing ways to discover this.

Since you are innocent .. you need to get this proven. If you don't prove your innocence, this could follow you throughout your life .. with bad consequences. It will affect every area of your life.

Research this topic. I have included a link for you to check out.

I agree, if you were falsely accused the first time, you should have sought out a lawyer to have it taken care of then. Now that it has happened a second time, doesn't help you any. If someone falsely accused me of something, I wouldn't sit back and "give it time". f-you, I didn't do anything, I ain't sitting back and letting false accusation ruin my life and reputation. So, now that you've been accused a 2nd time, you are going to have a harder time proving you didn't do anything.

Good Luck. And if you ever get it cleared up and have it in writing that the authorities told you to "give it time" I would go after them for damages.

You should have seen an attorney the minute you were falsely accused, whether or not any charges were filed. Do it now.
