Very slim.
I have spent 2-3 weeks in Las Vegas every December for over 20 years and last December 19th was the only time I can remember it "really" snowing.
We had an early flight out that morning and they actually had to de-ice the plane.
The cabbie called home to wake her kids up because they had never seen snow.
You can leave your snow-shoes at home :))
Of course if you want snow, go up to Mt Charleston it's only 35 miles North of LV. On the other side of the mountains, they have a nice ski area.

I left Las Vegas final 365 days the day till now McCarran (the airport) grow to be closed simply by snow. They have not have been given any snow plows or de-icing kit. possibilities of snow are narrow yet you will possibly desire to think of approximately thoughts in case the airport does get closed on the day you're meant to return domicile. Be arranged to pay for an added day or 2 of motel stay in the different case employ a motor vehicle andcontinual to l. a. to seize a flight there, or maybe if exchange plans are possible.

Doubt it very much. Last year there were a few flakes scattered throughout the valley mainly at the north end. Up in the mountain there will be so if you want to see snow ... that's the place to drive to.

40%... It usually snows around early January... That is, if it snows at all this year.
