If it happens once in a while, it sounds normal (to get a rush of I'm PISSED and want to kick some @**). However, if you can't control these urges (or rages), then there really is probably a testosterone/hormone imbalance, and you just need some medication to control the balance in your body...no big, man.
Regarding destroying someone, find a positive outlet for all that energy...not a person ;)
I liked the boxing suggestion above. I think martial arts is cool, too (very sexy as well).

I go somewhere alone, like my room and listen to music. I don't go anywhere public and if I am somewhere public I stay to myself so that way I don't yell at anybody.
Meditate on WHY you are so angry, and look at the outcomes if you act on your urges. Nothing is really worth putting your hands on someone else or destroying property. Go play a violent video game or watch pro wrestling or something. That should help.

lol... I am like this all the time! I am on medication and sure enough a side is effect is agression.
I just yell or go ballistic. Then I write bitchy emails to a friend of my complaing about everything! I also go outside and run around a little bit and try to turn it into exercise opposed to anger.
