While you're in sauna/steam, will you sit in there naked, or wrap the towel at your waist instead? If you sit in there naked, will cover up your privates by towel or by hand?

It depends on if it's a private sauna or a public facility at a club or gym.
If private, then either starkers or just a small towel covering privates is ok
If a public facility, then a towel wrapped around the waist (for a man) is most appropriate.

I always go to saunas that allow going-naked inside. I always ask if there's a problem with that or not. I always do it when going to massage parlor, spas, etc.
I went inside naked, bringing towel and sit on it for hygiene. It's not too hard to have another naked woman enter in a sauna where I went in.

at the hotel i stay at when i travel for work, there is a sauna in the women's locker room, and i love to sit in it naked after i come back from an evening of meetings (on a towel, of course). i have not seen many other women use it, but i guess those that have have ranged from swimsuits to towels to (much less often) nothing like me. i guess i don't care whether anyone else sees me...it feels good in the nude!

Being a woman, a towel wrapped around my waist would only cover up 50% of my privates. I would sit with a towel wrapped underneath my arms.

As much as it is better to be naked, I am uncomfortable, unless it is a private one. So, i wrap myself in a towel, or be in a pair of briefs.

Sometimes I go naked , covered with little towel , swimwear , towel wrap and covered by hand .

in basic terms in case of an emergency! one time there grow to be no bathroom paper so i've got been given out my cellular telephone and called the domicile telephone so my mom could come and positioned across me some! haha a minimum of she theory it grow to be humorous... PEACE
