They get a medium rare steak, and they see the blood. Then they eat the steak and they're all like "Oh, blood! Now I'm a vampire! I think I'll go draw anime and watch InuYasha!"

I run into those that want to be vampiric all the time. First you can not be changed from a human to a vampire..you either are one or not. Solution is this, try being a vampiric lifestyler instead, they live and dress like vampires but i will say some are human. Vampires are born vampires. We for the most part dont bite to get blood, it hurts our donors and might give them an infection. We cut them or use a needle to get blood. We are careful that our donors are healthy, and have had hiv and std test and are drug clean. I and many dont use donors we get our blood via food. I also feed from psychic energy, emotions, nature and sex. Most vampires are ethical and are part of a family or house or coven. If you have any more questions im me.

Well, I know for a fact that there's a somewhat rare condition in which people are really sensitive to sunlight. As for the blood, I could have sworn there was a disease or something dealing with a sort of defficiency of it, but I can't remember.
Some people really seriously do think they're vampires, so they try to either drink their own blood or others' blood, which is rather dangerous because the bleeder risks infection... especially if they don't clean it properly and actually have a mouth on the wound.

Well, I bite people on the neck and drink their blood, I sleep in a coffin all day and only go out at night. That makes me a vampire.
As for werewovles, thats just silly. They don't exist.
