why there are people so hard to learn from their mistakes, and from the wisemen?

i wonder people can't stop doing wickedness though they are aware of such so.
or is it true that everything has its own time, that one day the wicked man will learn and be wise then?

As a former law enforcement officer I can tell you that some people are just going to cause trouble all their lives even though it causes them some pain they don't care, they get a high out of doing wrong, its additive to them. Some do learn but most in Jail now if let out would be back within a year, thats just the way it is, only a change on the inside makes a difference. On the inside in a persons spirit or soul. Thats the only way.

Many people bevleave at many defrent thing..They have deferent thought for deferent things..Some have less thought some have more..Thats what make us who we are. And the people who deos wickedness, are the people have less knowledge and less thought. Some people learn from mistake . Some people make biger mistake.
