Unless you have a wholesale license through your state to purchase landscaping plants, I think you're out of luck there, but your county resource conservation office should be able to hook you up.

The Arbor Day Foundation offers 10 free trees, with free shipping, when you join:
http://www.arborday.org/shopping/memberships/memberships.cfm

They guarantee these trees to grow & offer 33-56% discounts on other trees.
Fall Shipping: Shipped after a couple of hard frosts so the trees go dormant. Trees can be planted until the ground is frozen solid. Fall shipments are made between October 15 and December 10.

Spring Shipping: Trees can be planted during a broad range of weeks or months -- from when the frost first leaves the ground through late spring. Spring shipments are made between February 1 and May 31.

Some towns & companies give away free trees as part of Arbor Day celebrations:

It might be worth your while to check out what your town or city will be doing for Arbor Day :)

You might enjoy this forum's blog of a family's experience planting the little seedlings they got from the Arbor Day Foundation. I like this poster's insight: "The first year they sleep, the second year they creep, the third year they LEAP!"

This site sells trees in sets of ten at wholesale prices:

A wholesale tree-nursery site:

Good Luck! Hope this is helpful.

If you are in the US, get in touch with your local conservation office and see if they have a tree program where they you can order bundles of baby trees. You will need to do it soon because the time to order them is now, for shipment in Feb.

If you are qualified to buy wholesale get in touch with your state's nursery & landscape association - they may be able to help you out. Or check their membership directory.

I think you mean dwarf trees which means that they will be short/baby trees!
