It would be tied to two people I know personally.

Both are friends. One owns construction companies in another country, and he owns plenty of real estate in the USA, and owns his own restaurant locally.

The second one works as a broker for a major Wall Street firm and they are the sibling, of a nephew, of the Thai Monarchy.

He's a pastor that brainwashed his congregation to giving lots of money through tithes and offerings so he could live in a mansion and a drive mecedes benz! What a shame!<3

My brother-in-law's best friend, he owns over 60 shopping centers and who knows how many houses, he is in Commercial Real Estate.
He was a millionaire by the age of 25, and a billionaire by age 40. (he's 56 now)

My brother in law and father in law are both pretty well off
My brother in law is an investment manager (he just bought a 2million dollar house,so hes doing better then well)
and my father in law owned his own business and his own golf court and business with that

My uncle owns a gravel pit. He owns three ranches and two homes. He grew the business from the ground up and now his youngest son runs it.
