Definitely the power to be invisible and fly through things. Then you could still get all the money you want because you could rob banks and stuff.

either the third one or the first one :P But then again if u can do the 2nd one then u can do all those other things...u could sneak into a bank to get the buckets of "sweet" cash...u can..well..u cant do the 3rd or the 4th one lol...but u could prob do the last one...if u tried rly hard lol... :)
