One of the sites will "make" a swingarm to your specifications.
Tell them you want one 10" longer than stock and they will make it.

Best way to see if the motor is cranking over, is to remove the spark plug from the head. With a flashlight look in the hole while you turn the bike over. If you see the piston moving up and down, then your motor is cranking over. If the motor is turning over, but really fast you could have a few problems. Valve stuck open, piston rings bad, scored/scuffed cylinder wall. There are a bunch more possibilities but its best to leave this to an experienced tech to diagnose.
