so as you saw above i have a navy blue turtleneck dress.... but its 20ish-30ish degrees outside.
could i wear the dress with leggings, or should i just forget it and save it for a warmer season?

the only time im going to outside is when im walk to school from my car, and from school to my car. so about 5 mins in the morning and afternoon.

Wear a long sleeve shirt inside thats like either white or dark red, then wear jeans or leggings and uggs. If you wear leggings, you wanna wear an extra pair of long socks that match or is black. Legwarmers is an excellent choice as well.

i have a cute blue turtleneck dress too! ( Forever 21) you could wear it with leggings or knee high boots or even some cute stilettos! i live in TX and i wore it when it was like 55 degrees out! so im sure you'll be fine wearing it! just make sure ur warm!

of course you can wear it.. just bring a coat(with a hood) gloves and a scarf for when you do go outside. i suggest wearing the dress with black leggings, uggs, and leg warmers.

of course you can wear it! pair it with leggings or opaque tights. boots would look cute with it too, if you have some :)
