we did this reactions lab and watch the chemical reaction,
what are 3 sources of experimental error and how it could affect your results?

all i could think of is contamination, i need two more!

Since you didn't describe any of the procedure it is hard to tell what kind of errors can happen. But here are some general ones which you could see if they apply to your situation. Errors in weighing, measuring time, pressure, volume, etc. Spilling part of the reactants, failure to collect all the products. Improper procedures such a poor stirring, too hot/cold conditions, presence of air/moisture in reaction etc.
I hope this give you some ideas where your particular lab could go wrong.

Human error, instrumental limitations, sampling error (not representative of entire population), etc.

pH and temperature can effect the outcome of the reaction.

not measuring, not wearing saftey gear, using right equipment
not following directios, like wrong temp...
