I bought a coat and in the picture it says " Brand new detroit tigers jacket picture. Size is medium-large. 100% authentic. email with any question or more pics. Will ship ups or usps. ( $15 flat rate) Will ship same day. retails for $109.99" Now the seller is saying I bought a picture and not a coat?

as long as it clearly says it's a picture and not a coat, then yeah it's legal definitely unethical though be sure to leave bad feedback and warn others!

It said "Picture" in the title. Then, it's not illegal. However, it was deceptive. YOu should have asked questions before bidding. Now, all you can do is chalk it up to experience. You MIGHT try to file a "Significantly not as described" report with ebay. You may not win, but it's worth a shot. Have you contacted the seller? He MAY be willing to refund, but I wouldn't bet on it.

It does say "picture" in the product description. You should read it more carefully next time.

It might be legal, but is very unethical. Contact eBay and complain.
