What should you do when a girl who you don't remember calls you and tells you that she needs to talk to you about something that you don't remember happening because you were wasted at the time?

Just tell her the truth.
She will probably be mad, but it's a LOT better than having her tell you whatever it is and you pretending like you know what she's talking about. She will find out eventually, and it will be bad.
It just gets messy if you lie.

Be honest. Tell her that you don't remember what happened because you were foolish enough to get wasted out of your mind and did something you obviously don't remember, but that you'll try and understand if she could explain everything. Be prepared for either crying and or anger, probably both at the same time.
What did you do? Sleep with someone and get her pregnant while wasted?

Tell you the truth. Lying to her will only make matters worse because in the end, the truth always comes out.

Be upfront and honest with her... But also tell her you still want to listen and talk to her about it AND MEAN IT!
Maybe ask her if she wants to talk over coffee
