I would rather believe that locking a man up until he becomes insane is cruel & unusual punishment .. After all you do believe in the ressurection don't you

you know when a person has been CONVICTED 3 times of a serious crime its obvious that he doesn't belong in society

I tend to agree with you. Tax payer's money could be used more efficiently than giving a criminal a PHd in crime. Going to jail does excately that. Show me your friends and I'll show you who you are. We should come up with another form of punishment, one that does not drain the rest of society. Taking somebody's life is forbidden. Vengence is for God.

I do beleive that we need to get a grip on our prison system, Our prisons are filled with people that should be in a mental asylum and not in an actual prison, but if someone did something bad enough to be put away for such a long time to go crazy then they deserve to go crazy.

No, I absolutely do NOT believe in the resurrection. Your god is pretend.
If a person commits a crime knowing full well he will be punished, yes, he deserves everything he gets.
