Girls:
Ciaran Blaze - I actually don't mind Ciaran for a girl (and find it slightly refreshing, the feminine form Ciara having become so common lately), but I'd pair it with an obviously feminine middle name. Certainly not "Blaze."
Teagan Kyla - both fairly familiar, but I do like them, and I wouldn't call them overused (though Kyla does blend in with the entire K-names trend ... but not as problematic in the middle).
Leilana Kandence - Leilana seems quite a departure from the masculine/unisex names above. Are you sure it's even YOUR style? "Kandence" is just bad, I'm afraid. Like someone with a terrible cold tried to verbally indicate either Cadence or Candace for the birth certificate, and the person filling it out couldn't decide which, so combined them quite poorly.
Boy:
Hayden James - a fine name, but quite popular at the moment (not to mention his brothers Aidan, Braden, Caden, Jadon and the like). I'm not particularly fond of the repeated "ay" sounds in this combo either.
Leland James - I love everything about that. ;) Intriguing, underused first name that's not at all odd or unfamiliar, still easy to spell and pronounce, etc. Not to mention working wonderfully with middle name James. Just love it!
Klayton James - Clayton is a great name. But if you can't spell it, don't use it. Dalton might also appeal, by the way.

I think the use of exotic spellings for names just makes your child's life harder - why should they have to always spell their name when they say it or why should they have to always see it spelled incorrectly? Also using names that have more well-known hominyms are harder on the child. Lastly look for names that do not rhyme with dirty words.
Karen Blaze
Megan Kelly
Liana Candice
The boys names are unusual, but not as bad in terms of similar and more common names they will always be confused with:
Hayden James
Leland James (will often be called Leonard)
Clayton James (I recommend the common spelling of Clayton)
Of course if you are from another country where the names you are using are very common, even more common than the alternates I gave, you would be correct to use those names instead. But using an awkward spelling will make your child feel less understood in the world - no child want to be the one with the weird name, not in their youth. If you do want to have a exotic and unique name for the girls, at least let them have a normal middle name like the boys names that all have "James" as a middle name. That allows them to determine on their own as they grow up whether they want a name that is a piece of art and a statement, or just a name.

I love those names! They are all beautiful and very unique (I, for one, think it's important to give a child a unique name so that they can be their own person). I absolutely love Ciaran Blaze! All the girls names actually. James fits with all the boys names, I like Klayton especially!

wow, a lot to think about there...well frankly, Ciaran Blaze is just darn cool, Teagan Kyla almost sounds like a boy, Leilana, not a big deal, but I like Kandence. boys, I guess I like Leland James the best, don't like the spelling of Klayton, Hayden reminds me too much of the actor Hayden Church, who is cool, but, I don't know, not a good reminder somehow.
