The gay soldier it is turning out seems to have worked or still works for a clinton committee. Does this surprise anyone?

I am not against the question but, I find it amusing that he asked it to Clintons main challenger.

Typical underhanded stunt by the Clinton News Network, the most distrusted name in news.
EDIT:
CNN gave a Democrat activist 5 plus minutes of air time during the Republican debate. Wait till the next news cycle CNN is going to get hammered by Fox News.....LOL

For those that don't know, during the CNN-Youtube Republican debate on 11/28, there was a question about gays in the military from a retired US general who announced he was gay after he left the Army. The guy was in the audience and CNN let the guy ramble on for about five minutes after the candidates responded to the question.
CNN announced about half an hour after the debate that they just discovered that the general had worked for the Clinton campaign.

a. where is your evidence
b. does that invalidate his question in any way?
his point was that good, honest, hard working, dedicated men and women are being thrown out of the military for simply being gay...not coming on to anyone....just being gay. Cohesion of the group does not only rely on sexuality.
People in the military are smart enough and professional enough to be ok with having someone stand beside them on the battlefield who likes a member of the same sex. Different ideologies is a rediculous argument for banning gays, as all military do not agree on a variety of issues....such as the war, abortion, divorce, football, racism, taxes, etc.

He had a valid point, unless they screens all it's not problem but where is all the up roar when Bush, not only screens all at his speaking engagements, but arrest that couple that had tickets for a public event, but had a bumper sticker that did not support him

Planted? The You Tube questions were open to ANYONE. It was obvious from the pitiful responses to his question that it was too tough for any of the Repubs to answer.

Why the paranoia? It's a legitimate question planted or not. Too bad the candidates flunked the question.

Do they sprout and grow others? I mean it's not like the greatest military leader of all time was gay or anything. I'm sure you probably never heard of Alexander the Great.

Even if he was a plant. The Q he asked should be asked to all Presidential nominees anyway.
