Raising taxes doesn't necessarily mean that someone is not a conservative. Something is to be said about paying for what you spend.

Huckabee raised taxes 21 times, but he cut them 90 times.

Yeah he also gave in-state tuition to illegals!!!
Mike Huckabee wants to open the boarders to the Mexican students and pass their bill to us so then after their educated here they can go home to Mexico. That's on top of them using all of are services for free (Hospitals). Don't believe me ask any nurse or Doctor.

One would have to look at exactly which taxes got raised.
