I like April Jane.
I think with a name like April, a thing, you should stay away from adjective middle names. April Skye is a very pretty name, but it sounds like the title to a book, movie, or song. I think it's too themey, if you will.

April Jane is sweet. However, it is kind of generic sounding. If Jane has meaning for you, it's fine. Otherwise, I would consider other ideas that are less expected.
I would absolutely avoid any names that are nature-y or any sort of words at all, like Rain, Sky, Jade, Hope, Love, etc. It becomes kind of stripper-y sounding.
