Maybe for a crime she may commit in the future but I don't see anything she's done so far that should necessitate her going to jail. With the "hit and run" thing it was her first offense, she bumped into a parked, non-occupied car and didn't report it. She was wrong for not leaving a note or notifying police. She should get a fine and have to pay for the damages to the other car but I don't think she should go to jail. It's not like she mowed somebody down and sped off with their severed arm on her windshield.

I don't even know why anyone would care. She sang 2 songs 10 years ago and has been riding the wave ever since. People should stop obsessing over "stars". I can't idolize someone who makes more money for singing one song than most of us will ever make in our entire lives. Our society has lost it's equilibrium.

Of course not. There are two sets of rules. One for the rich and one for the rest of us.
