Im 17 years old and my lower back hurts a littel bit after bending over for a while or standing for 40 minutes. ITs not a extream pain but what should i do about it ? I sit on computer alot by saying that i spent about 5 hours online. What should i do to prevent these types of pains ? Whenever I wake up my back feels sore to.

I have the same problem sometimes. I suggest getting the Windsor Pilates DVD, after a few days of doing the 50 minute workout your back will feel sooooo amazing or at least it helped me! Good luck!

Use a lumbar support when sitting at the computer and just try to use good posture. You are putting strain on your lumbar spine. Bend at the knees and maybe sleep with a pillow between your legs if you sleep on your side or if you sleep on your back prop them up.

Being on the computer for 5 hrs is way to long Take 2 hrs out of the computer and do exercise it will reinforce your back like you had never imagine
